Since 2016, the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP) has been including Sistema in its Responsibility and Transparency and Sustainable Development Vector indices, based on the information disclosure and key performance indicators related to sustainable development and corporate social responsibility (CSR) of the largest companies by revenue operating in Russia.

Upon the results of 2025 issue of RSPP ESG indices Sistema was included in Group A of 36 companies with the highest scores of the Responsibility and Transparency Index characterizing the volume and quality of information disclosure regarding over 48 indicators of economic, social and environmental impact, sustainable development management and interaction with stakeholders. The final list of the disclosure index includes 62 companies.

Sistema is also included in Group А of 36 companies with strong positive dynamics of the Sustainable Development Vector Index reflecting their progress against 14 key social, economic and environmental indicators, as well as a systematic approach to sustainability management. The final list of the ESG performance and management index includes 56 companies.

Since 2019, Moscow Exchange has been including Sistema in its stock ESG indices MRRT and MRSV, corresponding to RSPP and consisting of the public companies that disclose comprehensive information about sustainable development. Since 2020, MOEX also calculates RSPP Sustainability Vector Total Return Index (MRSVT), representing the overall return of its constituents.
