Sistema’s shares are traded on the Moscow Exchange (MOEX) since 2004. The free float exceeds 30% of equity. The Moscow Exchange includes Sistema’s share prices in the calculation base of its key indices – MOEX and RTS. The Corporation is also the largest shareholder in a number of public companies.

Regulation on Sistema PJSFC Dividend Policy Dividend amount
In March 2024, Sistema’s Board of Directors approved a new dividend policy, under which the Corporation targets annual payments of no less than RUB 0.52 per ordinary share in 2024, and to annually increase the dividend amount by 25%-50% against dividends paid for the previous year in 2025–2026.
