Etalon Group announces the signing of a cooperation agreement with Russia’s leading online marketplace Ozon.
As part of the long-term partnership agreement, the companies plan to carry out joint projects that combine the products and possibilities of real estate development and e-commerce. One of the first steps will be to create a virtual showroom for Etalon Group apartments on Ozon’s website. The marketplace will also act as a new advertising and promotion channel for Etalon Group’s portfolio. Ozon already has a monthly audience of tens of millions of visitors, some of which are potential buyers of real estate.
In addition, the two parties plan to install Ozon delivery lockers in Etalon’s new buildings. This will make it easier and faster to receive online orders.
Commenting on the signing of the agreement with Ozon, Etalon Group CEO Gennadiy Shcherbina said:

Thanks to our collaboration, buyers of Etalon Group real estate will now be able to choose and reserve an apartment on one of Russia’s largest e-commerce platforms. In addition, residents of Etalon Group’s new properties will have access to additional options for the delivery of orders from the Ozon marketplace. Expanding our range of additional services in cooperation with new partners and improving our online sales channels are in line with our long-term business development strategy.”
Ozon's Chief Operating Officer Daniel Fedorov added:

This partnership with Etalon Group enables us to continue broadening our assortment, while the appearance of Ozon delivery lockers in the developer's new buildings is an opportunity to expand our last mile services and significantly improve delivery for a huge number of people.”
