We wish to notify you that Mr Richmond is not an employee or representative of Sistema JSFC or of any affiliated company. He has not been instructed by the Management of Sistema JSFC to participate in any negotiations and correspondence with third parties or with employees of Sistema JSFC. 
  
At present we are taking a number of steps to prevent Mr Richmond from misrepresenting himself as a representative of Sistema JSFC going forward.
