Sistema transfers 2.3% of Bashneft charter capital to state ownership

Moscow, Russia – December 29, 2014 – Sistema announces that, in line with the decision of the Arbitrazh (Commercial) Court of the City of Moscow, and following the request of Rosimuschestvo, it has transferred Bashneft shares, representing 2.3% of its charter capital, to state ownership.
